Get Rid of Daylight Savings Time…
Source: WikipediaDaylight Savings Time should be abolished. It was a good idea way back in the days when farming was the staple of the American Midwest and that extra hour boosted the economy, but it’s nothing more than a nuisance today.
And who’s bright idea was it to change the clocks on Sunday morning at 2:00 a.m.? Mondays are hard enough as it is without the added difficulty of waking up an extra hour early. At least if DST changed on Saturday morning, you’d get an extra day to get used to that extremely difficult Monday morning.
Think this through, now. Do you REALLY want to lose an hour on a Friday night?
Maybe we could get the hour added back on a Friday, but still lose it on a Saturday.
Or lose it around 2 p.m. on Thursdays. Sure, it would cause a little confusion, but who wouldn’t mind attending that pointless hour-long status meeting from 2:00-3:00?
