Surviving Survivor…
Looks like Survivor VI is taking applications until July 3rd. While I still love the game (although it’s been replaced by Amazing Race as my favorite show), I just don’t think I’m up for it as much as I used to be.
Oh, sure, I’d love the experience, the new (possible) friendships, the potential prize money, the fame. It’s certainly an avenue to pursuing some of my other goals, including a minor movie role.
But, frankly, I’m not sure the negatives are all that worth it, especially considering the likelihood that I’d be voted out somewhere around the middle of the game, every participant seems riddled with bugs and sores, the weather always seems to take its anger out on the contestants at some point in the game, and I’m just too used to eating regular meals. Plus, having “rediscovered” chocolate, I’ve found that it’s just too good to live an entire month without.
Of course, Survivor VI would give me the best opportunity to obtain my weight-loss goal. Maybe I should re-apply after all…
Well i really pmsl watching the show and all they do is bìtçh and whins maybe it time for them to get off there ášš and let us aussie have a go. Hmmm, I think you might have a problem with the application, Michael. It probably requires you demonstrate some ability to spell and use punctuation if you want the powers that be at CBS to be able to understand it.
