More Clues to my Secret…

- More Clues to my Secret…
Further insight:
- I’ve now done it 23 times, twice unsuccessfully;
- I’ve done it near high-security facilities such as the San Jose International Airport (which I will NEVER call Norm Mineta Airport), city government buildings, dams, Microsoft, NASA Ames Research Center (under Threatcon Bravo), freeways, and bridges;
- I’ve also done it in open fields, forests, rivers, and bike trails;
- The acquisition of “travelers” is a kind of race — if you come in second, you’re too late;
- One goal is to gid rid of the “travelers” in your possession — I still have three, and I’m desperately trying to get rid of them, yet no one really cares how many you have;
- While there is a “score”, no one really cares, as it’s not a competition;
- To complete a “round” of the activity can take five minutes, or two hours (or even more!);
- It’s not restricted to a particular “place”, yet there are 14 “places” to do it in Saudi Arabia, 326 in Germany, 126 in South Africa, and 25 in Brazil;
- Each “place” around the world is named, with names like “Richard Jones Park”, “Sean Connery”, “Brent Who?”, “Monica’s”, “Earth Day”, and “Indiana Jones”, all chosen because you’ll never figure out the activity by searching for these names on Google;
- Mohammed Atta, the leader of the 19 hijackers involved in the World Trade Center destruction, is alleged to have done a related activity at the Twin Towers plaza the day before the September 11 hijackings (remembering, of course, that the activity itself is NOT illegal), and may have done the same at the Pentagon;
Sean, I swear I will tell what this is soon, but you’ll have to wait until the autumnal equinox before I can spill the beans. You scared the çráp out of me today when you snuck up on my car, and I’m hoping you didn’t see anything that would give it away, such as the special device I have that can be used to “point” me to “travelers”.
No rush. As long as you’re enjoying yourself. And I wasn’t trying to sneak up on you. Honest. The front door got locked and I had to walk around to the back. I was actually surprised to see you still there. And all I saw was a clipboard and a few escapees from Fraggle Rock. Getting very intrigued, though!
Ah, good! But, it’s not the “escapees” that are important, it’s what’s attached to them. In some ways, I feel really bad for keeping you, of all people, in the dark. - RDL
Well, good. You should feel bad. Keeping fun all to yourself. Why, I never!
