Citibank’s Response to Charges…

Citibank responded to my complaint about excess late fees on my account.

Thank you for contacting our Customer Service Center.

We have reviewed your account and credited $70.00 for the late fee. We have also credited all applicable finance charges

Your payment due date is 20 to 25 days from your statement date. Depending on the number of days in the billing period, this date may fluctuate up to three days. For further information regarding your payment due date, please refer to the back of your monthly billing statement.
