Psycho II Aftereffects…
I forgot to mention something the other day after watching Psycho II in the middle of the night. I gave up trying to stay awake and decided to head to bed.
Of course, having steam cleaned the carpets that day, the Hoover was still sitting in the hallway leading to the bedroom. Watching any scary movie and then running into an almost man-sized very solid object right outside your bedroom in the pitch black will pretty much scare the living daylights out of anyone! After recovering from that, I went into the bathroom to complete the minor prep work needed before each bedtime. When I felt something touch the back of my neck in the closed and locked bathroom, I almost spewed toothpaste all over the bathroom!
My frazzled nerves barely recognized that condensation from the overhead skylight had dripped its usual path off the ceiling and down my neck. A few deep breaths and a clearing of the mind later, and I surprisingly had a decent night’s sleep.
