Celebrity Phone Calls…
I hate telemarketers, as a reader would already know. Recorded political ads are just as bad. This weekend, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, Arnold, and Barbra Streisand all called my home phone to convince me to vote one way or another. Not that I listened to them at all anyway. More often than not, I regard all unsolicited contact — whether it be by phone, mail, or email — as a form of unwanted spam.
I think next time I might start voting based on which side of an issue or candidate *doesn’t* contact me!
