Cedar Mortgage Intro…
This is a letter I sent out a week ago to friends and family, introducing my move to the mortgage industry.
You may be surprised to see my name on letterhead from an established brick-and-mortar mortgage corporation — as far as can be expected from the high-tech dot-coms with which I have previously associated.
But when you factor in the knowledge that I have created software for the mortgage industry, that I have helped close more than two hundred real estate refinances, purchases, and transfers during the past two years in my role as a loan signing agent, and that I have received an immense amount of personal satisfaction in providing those same clients with the easiest, most informative, and worry-free loan experience they have ever had, you can see that it made perfect sense for me to move permanently into the mortgage industry.
Why Cedar Mortgage? I have had the pleasure of knowing most of Cedar Mortgage’s management and key employees for more than four years, and the humanist philosophy of Cedar Mortgage as portrayed in its business practices is a match to my own personal goals in the industry:
- to understand the needs and goals of each client in order to properly advise them in making one of life’s biggest financial decisions;
- to educate each client so that the loan process is no longer a mystery;
