Vacation 2004: Days Six and Seven…
Sleeping late, lounging around, finishing up the StarCraft Terran missions, watching TV, hanging out by the pool, shopping at Barnes and Noble — all in a vacation day’s work. Rented and watched the Cat in the Hat to finish the evening.
Sounds boring, perhaps.
Vacations, to me, are all about charging the batteries back up again, relieving the stresses of everyday life by replacing them with all new but more manageable stresses. “I don’t know. Where do YOU want to eat?” “What do you mean you left Mission: Impossible II back in the unit in the bathroom!” “Who left the mayonnaise out again?” “STOP jumping up and down on the bed NOW!”
The Zerg are a breeze compared to family and kids!
