Satisfying Olympic Withdrawals…
Almost two weeks have elapsed since the closing ceremonies of the 2006 Olympics and, thanks to my upgraded TiVo, I have the pleasure of knowing that 74 hours of Olympic coverage still await me during infrequent breaks in my schedule.
Yup, seventy-four hours!
And thanks to the “Save Until I Delete…” feature, I can relive some of the more dramatic moments (or pathetic ones) to last me through the next four years until the next Winter Olympics (can’t stand the Summer Olympics). I wish I’d thought of that feature earlier in the events so that I could have saved one of the very short number of curling wins by the CurlGirls Cassie and Jamie (with a nod to Jessica and Maureen; haven’t seen any of Courtney’s limited action on the ice yet), or some of the incredible halfpipe action by Shaun.
