Carlos Santana was actually born in the state of Jalisco, Mexico and is one of only six children.
True, Carlos Santana’s official website states that he was born “in Autlan de Navarro, Mexico” and Carlos Mencia’s IMDB biography says that he was born “in San Pedro Sula, Honduras” and indicates that he “is the 17th of 18 children” — but I’m going with AOL’s answer for the money!
