Gold Rush, Round 13, Challenges 9 & 10…

AOL’s Gold Rush is at it again. The ninth and tenth challenges have just been released… and solved!!

Challenge #9
We’re not quite sure what the missing link is between Coke and Coke Zero, but what we do know, is that they share the same great Coke taste. In the worlds of television and film, sharing is essential to survival. Figure out what these small screen successes and box office sensations have in common, and you’ll solve this doubly stacked challenge. Answers:

  • eyes
  • revenge
  • dead
  • home
  • star
  • day
  • anger
  • harry
  • top
  • down
  • blue
  • life
  • Miami
  • wonder
  • girls
  • family
  • hill
  • divorce
  • night
  • Charles
  • hope

Challenge #10
Whether you’re sight-seeing on Hollywood Boulevard or sighting celebrities at The Standard, Los Angeles always offers a feast for the eyes. Now determine the value of your vision by seeing if you can spot the inconsistencies in each of these two back-to-back images of L.A. To see where to click, take a look at the animations I created of the puzzle images.

I’m assuming you understand that the “animations” I mentioned were the “animated views” you’re thanking me for?! lol Glad they helped! It was kinda fun to create them, actually. I could tell that the folks at AOL seemed to be intentionally making it a bit difficult to do exactly what I managed to do, since the original images were obviously stitched together in such a way that they don’t easily line up in layers. Thank God for the editing power of Photoshop!

I can’t find the 7th difference in the premiere image.

    I see:

    the camera
    the necktie
    the purse
the red carpet between the man in the front row’s legs
the light on the man’s back
the foot in the aisle on the left
