About Richard’s Ramblings…
With regard to the facet of my extensive experience as a web developer, make no mistake, richard’s ramblings… is not necessarily intended to be an example of what I can do in a business or corporate environment. For example, I worry less about browser compatibility, enterprise-level production quality, or ADA compliance here. Throughout the blog, even when I lecture or opine about web design principles, I clarify that I do not always practice what I preach on my personal blog.
Granted, I hope the information, the discussions, and the revelations might have some value for the occasional visitor that stops by, but the design — heck, the entire blog really — I do for me. I like it. You don’t have to. And, if you don’t, I really don’t care. That may sound quite harsh, but I literally started this project back in March of 2002 because it was something on my personal list of things to do for myself.
