Response to an AT&T Disconnection Notice

Since all my bills are automatically paid by an electronic clearinghouse every month, I was surprised to get a disconnection notice from AT&T — to which, of course, I took a significant amount of umbrage.

Quaker Not-So-Quick Oats…

Quaker Oats, in an ever evolutionary process, now requires for it’s new line of oatmeal that packets be cooked in the microwave, stating that the old process of simply adding hot water will not cook the oatmeal. My assumption is that this is accurate and that they have developed some new way of processing the [...]

In my letter to the resort, I forgot to mention that I had called the Vistana weeks before our arrival, asking if they offered any discounts on Disney tickets. I was told, “No.” I decided to order the tickets from Disney online at [...]

Waiting for my Curtain Call…

I’ve only applied to be on three television shows in my life — Jeopardy, Survivor, and The Amazing Race — so it’s no wonder that with Survivor IV and Amazing Race II aired and the winners paid, I find that my Wednesdays and Thursdays now have a void that needs to be filled.
